The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that the petitioner is an accused of committing rape upon the victim lady, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J.) ravi/- U T
