19.08.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 227 of 2013 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) per month in favour of the Informant.
