Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.812-C of 2012/Trial No.1584 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, is hereby confirmed.
