19.08.2015 Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that he has no instruction from her. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has always complied with the direction of this Court but the Opposite Party No. 2 never appeared there. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner No. 1 by order dated 15.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No. 511 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner No. 1 shall pay Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand) per month in favour of the Complainant.
