Petitioner seeks bail in Gaurichak P.S. Case No.285 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 115/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of fire arms separate case has been filed by the police against the petitioner vide Gaurichak P.S. Case No.284 of 2018. In the instant case, there is allegation that this petitioner and other accused persons were making plan to commit criminal act and loot a businessman. It is further alleged that they were planning to kill one Chunnu and Vikash Kumar and this petitioner has planned to kill Vikash Kumar. In this manner, there is general and omnibus

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
