2. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 6, 7 and 8 is directed to be kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that substantial amount of retiral benefit has been paid to the petitioner. However, he is aggrieved for nonpayment of interest and other dues and seeks to file detail representation before the Deputy Development CommissionerCum-Chief Executive Officer, District Board (Zila Parishad), Sitamarhi, respondent no. 6.
4. Considering the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, under circumstances that the substantial amount of retiral dues has already been paid to the petitioner, if petitioner so advise, may file a detail representation before the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, District Board (Zila Parishad), Sitamarhi.
5. The Deputy Development Commissioner-Cum-Chief Executive Officer, District Board (Zila Parishad), Sitamarhi, is directed to ensure payment of remaining retiral dues amount to the petitioner and dispose of the representation filed by him within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the detail representation in accordance with law.
6. In case of failure, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the concerned respondent.

7. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
