No.48075 of 2015(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 counsel for the petitioners that after the complaint was dismissed, against which a revision was filed which was allowed, thereafter cognizance was taken and the petitioner has already challenged the order taking cognizance before this Court and it has been submitted that the order of cognizance has been stayed as such the present quashing application has become infructuous.
