Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was validly appointed in accordance with rules by the managing committee but due to inaction of the respondent Sanskrit Shiksha Board, petitioner has been denied approval. Considering the scheme of rule which requires approval by the Sanskrit Shiksha Board, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.10521 of 2019(3) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision with regard to grant of approval of the service of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
