The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) For quashing of the Letter No.2277 dated 06.09.2018 issued by the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Supaul so far it relates to petitioner whereby and whereunder a direction has been given to the Respondent No. 05 to take step for cancellation of
Patna High Court CWJC No.6695 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/3 appointment of petitioner and others and to lodge FIR against them.
(ii) For quashing of the Letter No.-160 dated 24.05.2019 issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Chhatapur (Supaul) whereby and whereunder petitioner has been removed from the post of Anganbari Sewika on the ground of forged certificate.
(iii) For quashing of the Letter No.183 dated 11.06.2019 issued by the Respondent No. 05 directing the Respondent No. 6 to lodge FIR against the petitioner.
(iv) For quashing of the order dated 16.01.2021 passed and issued by the District Magistrate, Supaul in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 25/2019 by which the appeal application preferred by the petitioner has been rejected. (v) For reinstatement of petitioner on her post of Anganbari Sewika at Centre No.-282, Ward No.-10, Gram Panchayat Gwalpara, BlockChhatapur, District- Supaul benefits." 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned civil court of
Patna High Court CWJC No.6695 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 3/3 competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
