The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.333 of 2007, arising out of Rohtas P.S. Case No.101 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2027 in a case of misuse of bail.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if the charge has not been framed, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
