JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 In the present application the petitioners has challenged the first information report of Arrah-Nawadah P.S. Case No.302 of 2014 dated 21.6.2014 registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, it has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that the investigation of the case is over and after completion of investigation the investigating officer has already submitted charge-sheet in the court.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application as due to subsequent development, the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1191 of 2014 (3) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
