The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A. No. 511 of 2007, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 24-02-2009. In view of fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed.

Let M.A. No. 511 of 2007 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 24-02-2009 passed in M.A. No. 511 of 2007 is not complied with within a period of four weeks from today, the Misc. Appeal i.e. M.A. No. 511 of 2007 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
