This application is filed for Modification of order dated 18.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12808 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted Anticipatory Bail on 18.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12808 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the Court of A.C.J.M-IV, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Compliant Case No. 487 (C) of 2014, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner No.2 Rahul Kumar Kuar could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner No. 2 Rahul Kumar Kuar as per order dated 18.04.2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25100 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12808 of 2017 is further extended by three weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 487 (C) of 2017, pending in the court of A.C.J.M-IV, Bettiah, West Champaran.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 18.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12808 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
