2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond by modification of order dated 18.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8279 of 2016, in terms of which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was suffering from Hepatitis and hence could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period in terms of order dated 18.04.2016. 4.In the facts and circumstances, the time for surrender granted in terms of order dated 18.04.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 8279 of 2016 is extended by three weeks from today.
