In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 300 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, it is a case of transportation of adulterated milk, not fit for human consumption. As there is direct allegation against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. If the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26391 of 2017 (3) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 the court below will pass the order without being prejudiced to the order passed by this Court.
