Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2021 lodged under Sections 363, 366 (A) of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the kidnapping of daughter of the informant with a view to marriage has alleged to be taken place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020 having clean antecedent. He further submits that the alleged girl has

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the victim is minor and therefore her stand may not be taken into consideration. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Mahendra Mishra, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
