The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant in his complaint petition alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 2,40,000/- for providing him job in Army. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The petitioners received Rs. 1,40,000/- for selling his land in favour of the informant and are ready to return the aforesaid amount within one month from the date of this order. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40628 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bihsanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to the condition that the petitioners shall return Rs. 1,40,000/- to the informant within one month from the date of their release, if the petitioners fails to return the aforesaid amount through cheque or draft the learned court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
