2. Despite valid service of notice, nobody appeared on behalf of the O.P. No.2.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has cheated the informant by taking Rs. Four Lacs cash from him to get him employed in Punjab National Bank.

5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a money dispute between the parties and the petitioner has already returned all the amount to the informant (Annexure2). Petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

6. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Morhowrah P.S. Case No.55 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
