Petitioner seeks bail in Atri P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one motorcycle has been recovered from the house of petitioner, but he could not produce any paper with regard to same.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no case has been lodged by anybody about the aforesaid motorcycle having been stolen. It is not mentioned in the written report that aforesaid motorcycle is stolen motorcycle, rather, it is mentioned that no paper was produced by the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 31.10.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Gaya, in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
