No. 37394 of 2015, is modified to the extent that in the penultimate paragraph of the said order, "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa", will be read in place of "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi".

The time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by the said order, dated 11.09.2015, in connection with Nauhatta PS Case No.06 of 2014, is hereby extended by two weeks from today.
