Learned counsel for the Bihar State Handloom and Handicraft Corporation submits that the Corporation is under liquidation before the Hon'ble Company Judge in Company Petition No. 4 of 2009, which is still pending. In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the said Company Petition No. 4 of 2009 with regard to the relief sought for in the present writ application.
