JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 By the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 09.09.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions Trial No. 184 of 1989 arising out of Chautham (Mansi) P.S.Case No. 192 of 1988, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been dismissed.

After some arguments, Mr. Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

Leave is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
