ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.128 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, there is dispute between the parties in which case and counter case has been registered with injuries on both sides. The injuries purported to have been inflicted by the petitioners is found to be simple in nature. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there is case and counter case and also

No.27621 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikat Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.128 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
