Usha Kumari Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of complainant/opposite party no. 2. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr. Misc. No. 6396 of 2014, which stood dismissed on 29-07-2016, due to non-prosecution.
