The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.r.No.320 of 2018 T.R. No.2823 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 341, 379, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The case is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and both the parties are appearing.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her and the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2 has also submitted that she is ready to live with him. In such view of the matter, let this case be disposed of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1708 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 with direction that both the parties will appear before the learned court below on 15.02.2019 and on that the learned court below shall release the petitioner on provisional bail for the period of three months in connection with C.R.No.320 of 2018, T.R.No.2823 of 2018 and he will make efforts to reconcile the matter and if it is found that the petitioner is till ready to keep her and he is at no fault, his bail bond shall be confirmed otherwise the learned court below is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper.
