JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 The instant writ petition filed by the petitioner for direction to the respondent to implement the award of the Lokpal Mgnrega, Sheikhpura dated 16.1.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in complaint case No. 23 of 2017-18 after following inquiry and on consideration of the entire material the Lokpal Mgnrega, Sheikhpura has passed award but unfortunately till today the award has not been implemented. If the Lokpal Mgnrega, Sheikhpura has already passed award, the District Magistratecum- Programme Coordinator Mgnrega, Sheikhpura is required to see that award is implemented in letter and spirit. Having regard to the aforesaid discussion, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7988 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 respondent the District Magistrate- cum- Programme Coordinator Mgnrega, Sheikhpura is directed to see that the award passed by the Lokpal Mgnrega, Sheikhpura is implemented in letter and spirit within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
