The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ /writs order / orders or direction /directions commanding the respondents to grant the benefits of Assured Career Progression (A.CP.) to the petitioner with effect from 09.08.1999 with all consequential benefits including fixation of salary and revision of pension and accordingly to pay the monetary

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
