2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a)/32(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Altogether 196.5 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from a Bolero car, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized Bolero car, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
