1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, fairly submits that the FIR has been stayed by order dated 12.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 32216 of 2023.

3. It is next submitted that though the present petitioner is not a petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 32216 of 2023 but then some other accused have moved seeking quashing of FIR and as such the entire FIR has been stayed, as such the petitioner for the present does not have any apprehension of arrest, thus seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.
