ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 6.8.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda vide B.P. No.678 of 2014 in connection with Asthawan P.S. case No.78 of 2013.

Since there is no indication that the Opposite Party No.2 ever misused the privilege of bail in the intervening period, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
