No. 14826 of 2016 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the preemptory order dated 02.02.2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners will file certified copy of the F.I.R photocopy of the same as contained in Annexure-1 within a period of one week.

On filing of the certified copy of the F.I.R within a period of one week, the Cr. Misc. No. 14826 of 2016 will be restored to its original file.

Accordingly the restoration application is disposed off.
