Patna High Court CWJC No.4783 of 2011 (7) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 counsel for the respondent no. 6 and 8, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition so that, he may file fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor of the L.N. Mithila University. He submits that earlier he had filed a representation vide Annexure - '7' to the writ petition, however, no decision has been taken.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor of the Lalit Narain Mithila University. If such representation is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the court expects that the Vice Chancellor may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
