The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 196 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(i), 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from car and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery and the car in question. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 13.05.2018.
