This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barsoi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code under Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to deposit the loss amount of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the even of of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail. At the time of furnishing relevant, the petitioner will produce the demand-draft of Rs. 57,000/- in the name of the informant and the same shall
