====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to FIR, the informant had some dispute with petitioner no.1 relating to some land. Petitioner called the informant for a Panchayati and at Panchayat, it is alleged that the named accused persons committed assault with the informant. When the informant was fleeing back, some others, under leadership of co-accused Shankar Kushwaha, came there and committed assault with the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24541 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 allegation is general and omnibus. For the same occurrence, six cases were registered in the same police station. Several coaccused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed prearrest bail by different benches of this Court vide annexures 2, 3 and 4.

Considering the fact that the allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) Police Station Case No. 291 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
