1. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for revising his pay-scale in tune with Government notification, issued under Resolution No. 3590 dated 24.05.2017 read with Resolution No. 8145 dated 13.10.2017, by which, the pay-scale of Panchayat Supervisors has been upgraded with effect from 01.01.2016.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a representation to that effect has been made by the petitioner before the Block Development Officer, Rampur,

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Block Development Officer, Rampur, Kaimur at Bhabhua (respondent No. 4), detailing his grievances, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall dispose it off by passing a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction,the writ petition stands disposed off.
