JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2024 Vide Order dated 02.05.2024, four weeks' time was granted to the learned counsel for the appellants for compliance of order dated 06.03.2024.

2. On 19.07.2024, no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants and in the interest of justice, one more opportunity was given to the learned counsel for the appellants to comply the order dated 06.03.2024.

3. Today also, no one is present on behalf of the appellants and the order dated 06.03.2024 has not been complied as yet.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, it appears that the appellants have no interest to pursue this matter.
