06-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 757 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 401, 413, 414, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused were caught with a stolen tractor. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.11.2020. Chargesheet has been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
