JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323 & 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 15.01.2021, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Center to resolve the dispute between the parties.

No.26342 of 2020(6) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 The learned Mediator vide its report dated 09.12.2021 has submitted that the dispute between the parties has been resolved in terms of the settlement mutually agreed upon by them. The said report is at Flag 'D' to this application. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has no objection.

In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
