The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nardiganj Police Station Case No. 14 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail application of the petitioner (Criminal Misc. No. 34619 of 2021) was rejected by this Court on 31.03.2022 on its own merits finding prima facie materials against the petitioner. The petitioner within one year moved for bail for the second time by filing Criminal Misc. No. 58137 of 2022 and again within three months of the last rejection, the petitioner has again filed the third bail application. The petitioner has been filing the bail applications successively.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28227 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 Since the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on its own merit, I am not inclined to entertain the present bail application.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year from today, if the trial is not concluded by that period.
