2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and has been falsely implicated in the instant case during the course of investigation.
4. The informant alleges that on 06.02.2021 at about 08.30 PM when he was returning to his home from his working place on his motorcycle and stopped for attending nature's call and when he came back his bike was found missing, thereafter a search was made but the bike could not be located.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown. The name of petitioner transpired in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26507 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused which has no evidentiary value. It is also submitted that earlier also the petitioner came to be implicated in cases which were instituted against unknown. It is next submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Chanpatia (Kumarbag) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
8. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Manager Mian.
