2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 3722 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on the accusation of having cheated the complainant with regard to the land purchased by her from one Shailendra Singh. The complaint itself has been filed after eight months of the alleged occurrence.

4. Despite issuance of notice, none appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 21.11.2014 pending in the Court of Sri Brijesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 3722 of 2012 is hereby confirmed.
