The contention raised is that the role of the petitioner is similar to that of Lali Devi who has been granted bail. It is also submitted that the main assailant is Ram Tahal, who is said to have assaulted the injured with a knife.
In view of the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge,-1st, Gopalganj in connection with Sessions Trial No.68 of 2017 arising out of Thawe P.S.
