Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66660 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of dragging the brother-in-law of the informant and assaulting him due to which he succumbed to the injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case had been disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge and the charge has been framed on 8.3.2019 and the petitioner has remained in custody since 1.8.2018. .

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25459 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, he is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
