JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 The petitioner is seeking quashing of the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Spl. Case No.48 of 2011, pending in the Special Court of Vigilance, Muzaffarpur arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case Noi.86/2011 dated 05.12.2011 under Sections 7, 8, 13(2) read with Section 13(1)d of the P.C. Act and later on added Section 10 of the P.C. Act, including the order taking cognizance dated 31.07.2014, passed by the Special Judge, Vigilance (North Bihar), Patna and the trial is being conducted by Special Court of Vigilance (North Bihar), Muzaffarpur against the petitioner under the aforesaid Sections of the P.C. Act.

After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be availing his remedy at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34613 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 appropriate stage denying and disputing the allegations. The application is disposed of accordingly.
