2. This writ application has been filed for direction to the respondent/s concerned to make payment of salary from 20.12.2022 till today. The petitioner was appointed as a Panchayat Teacher on 15.04.2015 in New Primary School, Pachrukhi, Block Dandari, District- Begusarai and till date he has not been paid salary.

3 . After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No. 6050 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai ( respondent No. 6 ) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of their claim.

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai ( respondent No. 6 ) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of ten weeks from today .

5 . If such representation is filed by petitioner within the stipulated period, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai ( respondent No. 6 ) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation .
