04.09.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Laheri P. S. Case No. 83 of 2014 dated 25.03.2014, instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The case is of the year 2014.

The investigation could not have remained pending for about six years. In case it has still remained pending, it must be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of

this order.

This petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
