Case No. 304 of 2018, dated 04.10.2018, corresponding to Excise Special Case No. 1199 of 2018, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioners submit that during the pendency of the writ petition the stage has been changed, charge sheet has been filed, therefore, they seek liberty to take appropriate remedy before appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
Liberty granted.
