28.08.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Parties vide order dated 26.08.2014 passed by Sessions Judge, Siwan in A.B.P. No. 1384 of 2014 in connection with Barharia (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014.

I see no reason for cancelling the bail since the Sessions Judge, Siwan has considered all aspects of the matter. The Application stands dismissed.
