The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 427, 332, 353, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(1-x) of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes Act.

The headmaster of the school made allegation that the students of Class-8 under the leadership of Vikash Kumar and Arun Kumar came, made protest for closure of mid-day meal and also assaulted him with fists and slaps.

It is submitted that similarly situated accused persons

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40745 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37317 of 2014. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are villagers and they are alleged to made protest against the closure of mid-day meal, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Parihar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
